) As part of an attempt to cut back on the number of repetitive threads on r/ElgatoGaming, we are trying to provide a short list of posts from Reddit's search function which may help you. I ultimately want to stream my game and party chat (in-game from fortnite), EXCLUDING my own voice (going to use seperate usb mic connected to the pc) but I still want to use my Arctis 9x to listen to game audio and my party/game chat, while they can also still hear me. Are you using the passthrough to get the gameplay on your main monitor ( or have you tried?). For the Elgato, when I try NOT using a preset and manually select 1920x1080, the video capture is just a black screen. The video capture from Elgato is set to 720p 60fps. If you need to add the Elgato source a 2nd time within Streamlabs Desktop within a different scene simply select "add as existing". If you type chat into the search bar in settings, you can set it up on the left or right side of the software. The Elgato Chat Link costs about $10 USD.
Once you have confirmed that your console/gaming PC is making noise, look in Streamlabs Desktop and see if the audio bar for the Elgato source is moving in the Mixer area, You will likely not hear the audio. So I am messing around with my new Elgato HD60X and can't quite figure out how to get the video recording to output in HDR. 4K60 Pro device configuration: Right click on the 4K60 Pro source in OBS Studio.
